1. Description of Service Pickpik is a web application that allows users to pick image from the Unsplash platform and generate markdown image links for easy embedding.
2. Use of Unsplash API All images and metadata are sourced from the Unsplash API. By using Pickpik, you also agree to abide by Unsplash’s Terms of Service.
3. User Responsibilities You may not misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation. You may not attempt to copy, clone, or reverse-engineer the platform. You are responsible for the use of any image or markdown code generated via Pickpik.
4. Copyright All images belong to their respective photographers and are licensed under the Unsplash License. Pickpik does not claim ownership over any image.
5. Limitation of Liability Pickpik is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the service.
